The reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of a deposit; the amount of the down payment depends on the total amount..

The stay for children under three years is free.

Cancellation policy:

For a room no later than four days before the date of arrival; for the apartment at least four weeks before arrival.

After this period the deposit will not be refunded.
